Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and 4Balance Fitness, concerning your access to and use of the 4balancefitness.com website, the 4Balance Vault e-commerce store, our remote training applications, and our physical facility located in Greenville, South Carolina. By accessing the site or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

Billing, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

To maintain the highest level of service for our active roster, 4Balance Fitness enforces strict billing and cancellation policies:

Digital Products & The Vault: Due to the nature of downloadable media and immediate access to proprietary training intellectual property, all sales of digital products, remote programs, and digital Vault access are final and non-refundable.
In-Person & Remote Coaching Subscriptions: Training subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewing basis in 4 week cycles. To cancel a recurring subscription, you must provide written notice via email to [email protected] at least twenty-eight (28) days prior to your next billing cycle.
Session Cancellations: In-person and scheduled remote coaching sessions require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
HSA/FSA Payments: While we proudly accept HSA and FSA payment methods for eligible health and fitness services, it is your sole responsibility to ensure your specific purchases comply with your provider’s requirements. 4Balance Fitness is not responsible or liable for any claims denied by your HSA/FSA administrator, and standard refund policies apply regardless of the payment method used.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your participation in any fitness program, personal training session, or use of the 4Balance Fitness facility located in Greenville, SC, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint sprains, cardiovascular complications, and severe physical injury.

Remote and App-Based Training: This assumption of risk extends fully to the use of our remote training applications, digital programming, and Vault materials. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities using your own equipment or third-party facilities at your own risk.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, you hereby forever release, waive, and discharge 4Balance Fitness, its owners, coaches, affiliates, and automated service providers from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of our physical facilities, digital programs, or educational content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

E-Commerce, Digital Products, and The 4Balance Vault

We offer various physical and digital products, including remote training programs, nutritional guides, apparel, and educational content regarding peptides.

Digital Access: Access to digital products, coaching apps, and Vault downloads is granted immediately upon purchase.
Educational Use Only: All products and information sold, particularly any material regarding peptides or supplementation, are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a medical facility, and no purchase establishes a doctor-patient relationship.
Product Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices for all products are subject to change.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 4Balance IP for your personal, non-commercial fitness journey.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any 4Balance IP without our express written consent. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
