GETTING STARTED
Every new client starts with a free consultation. During this visit, you'll meet with a coach for an InBody body composition scan, a functional movement screening, and a sit-down to discuss your goals and history. From there, we'll recommend a plan that fits your needs, schedule, and budget. No commitment required — just a conversation.
Yes. Every new client begins with a 6-Week Starter program. This is where we establish your baseline, build your habits, and prove the system works — before you commit to a long-term plan. It's required for all new members because it ensures we understand your body, your movement, and your goals before designing your ongoing program.
After your starter, you'll transition to a Forever Plan — the ongoing membership that fits your life. You'll choose from Personal Training, Flex Training, Remote Training, or Open Gym based on your goals, schedule, and budget. Your coach will recommend the best fit based on your progress during the starter.
No. We work with people at every fitness level — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Your program is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be. That's the whole point of the consultation and InBody scan — we assess your starting point and build from there.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. Avoid eating a heavy meal within an hour of your session. For the most accurate InBody scan results, try to be well-hydrated and avoid caffeine beforehand. Everything else is provided at the gym.
PLANS & PRICING
The 6-Week Starter is $500 (Standard) or $600 (Enhanced, which includes a peptide protocol). After that, Forever Plan pricing depends on your session frequency and whether you train solo, duo, or trio. Solo plans start at $280 for 8 sessions per 4 weeks. Every training plan includes your personal trainer, a customized nutrition plan, regular InBody body composition scans, infrared sauna access, compression therapy, and coach support through the app. You're never just paying for a workout — you're getting the full system.
Personal Training means your coach is with you during every session, coaching every rep. Flex Training means you follow your custom program independently during gym hours with coaching staff available if you have questions. Both include your nutrition plan and InBody scans. The difference is the level of hands-on coaching during your workouts.
Remote Training is custom programming delivered through the Train Heroic app for $129 per 4 weeks. You train at your own gym on your own schedule with full coaching and programming from Michael. It includes a personalized nutrition plan and regular check-ins through the app. It's ideal for people who don't live near the gym but want professional coaching.
Open Gym is facility access only for $75 per month. No coaching, no programming — just access to train on your own in a private, uncrowded facility. 24/7 access is coming soon. Open Gym requires completion of a 6-Week Starter first so we can assess your movement and make sure you're safe training independently.
Yes. We offer Semi-Private Training in duo (2 people) and trio (3 people) formats. You share your session with your training partner and split the cost, making it more affordable while still getting personalized coaching. Duo and trio options are available for both the 6-Week Starter and Forever Plans.
MEMBERSHIP & POLICIES
No long-term contracts. Forever plans are billed every 4 weeks on a recurring basis. If you decide to cancel, we ask for 28 days written notice before your next billing date. This gives your coach time to wrap up your current training cycle and finalize your progress data. There are no cancellation fees or penalties — just the 28-day heads up so we can close out your program the right way.
Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. Want to move from Personal Training to Flex? Or upgrade from 8 sessions to 16? Just talk to your coach and we'll adjust your plan at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Most 4Balance programs qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. We've partnered with TrueMed to make the approval process simple — you can check your eligibility in minutes and start saving 30-40% by paying with pre-tax dollars. Visit our HSA/FSA page for details.
Monday through Friday: 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Saturday: 7:00 AM – Noon. Sunday: Closed. Open Gym members will have 24/7 access once that feature launches.

TRAINING & RESULTS
An InBody scan is a medical-grade body composition analysis that measures your muscle mass, body fat percentage, water distribution, and more. It takes about 60 seconds and gives us the data we need to build your program and track your progress over time. Your first scan is free during your consultation.
Most clients see measurable changes in their InBody data within the first 6 weeks. Strength gains often come even faster. The speed of your results depends on consistency, nutrition, sleep, and how closely you follow your program. We track everything with data so you never have to guess whether it's working.
Yes — every training plan includes a personalized nutrition plan. We don't hand you a generic meal template. Your nutrition is built around your InBody data, your goals, your food preferences, and your lifestyle. Your coach monitors your progress and adjusts your plan as your body changes.
All in-gym training plans include access to infrared sauna and compression therapy. These recovery tools help reduce soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery between sessions. They're included — not an add-on.
No. 4Balance is a private personal training studio — not a commercial gym. You'll never compete for equipment or deal with a packed floor. Sessions are scheduled so you always have the space and equipment you need. It's one of the biggest differences between training here and training at a chain gym.
