A: No. Most clients start because they’re tired of guessing. We meet you where you are and build from there.
Q: Is this 1-on-1 personal training or group classes?
A: We focus on trainer-led personal training sessions built around your needs. Not random group workouts.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Most sessions run about an hour, including warmup, cooldown and recovery time in the infared sauna.
Q: What if I have old injuries or limitations?
A: We scale training intelligently and build around what you can do safely today.
Q: What happens in a personal training session?
A: Each session includes a warm-up, a focused training plan (strength, conditioning, or both), coaching on technique, and a clear progression strategy.
Q: How often should I train?
A: Most clients start with 3 sessions per week depending on goals, recovery, and schedule.
Q: Do you offer small group training?
A: Yes—if it fits your goal and schedule. Ask during your consult and we’ll recommend the best option.
Q: Do you give meal plans?
A: We provide structured personalized meal plan based on your food preferences, allergies, goals, lifestyle, and consistency level (not fad diets).
Q: Do I have to track macros?
A: Never. We provide you a meal plan based on your goals with every meal for all 7 days of the week planned out for you. You even have an option to swap foods and still stay on track for your goals.
Q: Do I need a gym?
A: No. We can build a home-based plan. If you do have a gym, we’ll program for that too.
Q: How do check-ins work?
A: You’ll have structured check-ins, plan adjustments, and accountability so you’re not left guessing.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Mon–Fri 5:00am–7:30pm, Sat 7:00am–12:00pm, Sun closed. Training is by appointment.
