If you’re considering personal training, remote coaching, or nutrition support, these are the questions we get most. If you don’t see yours, schedule a consult and we’ll walk you through the best next step.

GETTING STARTED

Q: Where is 4Balance Fitness located?
A: 4Balance Fitness is located at 286 Rocky Creek Road in Greenville, South Carolina.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Start by booking a consult. We’ll talk goals, training history, schedule, and the best next step. After that, we run an assessment and build a training plan.

Q: What happens during the Personal Consult?

A: You’ll meet with a Michael and Allison, go over goals and obstacles, and review your baseline using our InBody body composition scan so we can recommend the right plan.

Q: Do I have to be “in shape” to start?

A: No. Most clients start because they’re tired of guessing. We meet you where you are and build from there.

Q: How soon can I start after the consult?

A: Typically within the same week depending on schedule availability.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Q: Is this 1-on-1 personal training or group classes?

A: We focus on trainer-led personal training sessions built around your needs. Not random group workouts.

Q: How long are sessions?

A: Most sessions run about an hour, including warmup, cooldown and recovery time in the infared sauna.

Q: What if I have old injuries or limitations?

A: We scale training intelligently and build around what you can do safely today.

Q: What happens in a personal training session?
A: Each session includes a warm-up, a focused training plan (strength, conditioning, or both), coaching on technique, and a clear progression strategy.

Q: How often should I train?
A: Most clients start with 3 sessions per week depending on goals, recovery, and schedule.

Q: Do you offer small group training?
A: Yes—if it fits your goal and schedule. Ask during your consult and we’ll recommend the best option.

NUTRITION

Q: Do you give meal plans?

A: We provide structured personalized meal plan based on your food preferences, allergies, goals, lifestyle, and consistency level (not fad diets).

Q: Do I have to track macros?

A: Never. We provide you a meal plan based on your goals with every meal for all 7 days of the week planned out for you. You even have an option to swap foods and still stay on track for your goals.

REMOTE TRAINING

Q: Do I need a gym?

A: No. We can build a home-based plan. If you do have a gym, we’ll program for that too.

Q: How do check-ins work?

A: You’ll have structured check-ins, plan adjustments, and accountability so you’re not left guessing.

SCHEDULING & LOGISTICS

Q: What are your hours?

A: Mon–Fri 5:00am–7:30pm, Sat 7:00am–12:00pm, Sun closed. Training is by appointment.

Q: Where are you located?

A: 286 Rocky Creek Rd, Greenville, SC 29615.

Q: Can I use HSA/FSA?

A: If you qualify, yes. Here is the link to get start the qualification process with your plan/provider.

Q: What does it cost?

A: Pricing depends on coaching level and frequency. During your consult we’ll recommend the best-fit plan and show your options clearly.

Q: How do I book?

A: Use the consult booking link and choose the best time—then follow the prompts.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Comfortable training clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a positive attitude.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We train by appointment. Typical hours are:

Monday - Friday 5am-7:30pm

Satuday 7am-NOON

Sunday Closed

Q: How does pricing work?
A: Pricing depends on your training frequency and format (1:1 vs remote). We’ll give exact options during your consult.
