This is not a class. It is not a template you follow on an app. Every workout in your program is built specifically for you by your coach using your body composition data, your movement assessment, and your goals. You train during gym hours when it works for your schedule, and your coach is on the floor every session — available to guide, correct, and push you through exactly what your program calls for that day.

Free Consultation

Every new client starts with a free personal consultation that includes a full InBody body composition scan, goal discussion, movement screen, and performance evaluation. We assess before we guess.

Your Program Is Built

Your coach designs a program built entirely around your data — your muscle mass, body fat, metabolic rate, movement quality, goals, and schedule. Not a template. Yours.

Train On Your Time

Your program is loaded into our training app. You train during gym hours when it works for you — no scheduling required, no appointments to book. Your coach is on the floor every session.

Common Questions

Do I Need To Schedule Sessions In Advance?

No. That is one of the core advantages of Flex Training. Your program is loaded in the app and your coach is on the gym floor during all operating hours. You show up when your schedule allows and your workout is ready.

Is This A Group Class?

No. Flex Training is individualized. Your program is designed specifically for you and your coach oversees your sessions directly. Other members may be training in the facility at the same time, but every person in the gym is on their own individual program.

What Is The Difference Between Flex And Remote Training?

Flex Training is in-person at our Greenville facility. You train on the gym floor with your coach present. Remote Training delivers the same individualized program and coaching through our app for clients who train from home or outside Greenville.

Do I Have To Complete The 6-Week Starter First?

Yes. All new clients begin with either the 6-Week Starter Standard or Enhanced before moving into their ongoing membership. The starter builds the foundation — your program design, baseline data, movement assessment, and nutrition plan — that makes your Flex Training membership work.

Can I Switch To Focus Training Later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with Flex and move to Focus Training when their schedule stabilizes or when they want more hands-on coaching. Your coach can walk you through the options at any time.

Can I Use HSA Or FSA Funds?
