WHAT IS FLEX TRAINING?
Flex Training gives you a professionally designed training program — written by Michael or Allison based on
your InBody data, movement assessment, and goals — delivered daily through the Train Heroic app. You
train at 4Balance Fitness during gym hours on your own schedule. Staff are on the floor as advisors to
answer questions, correct form, and help you get the most out of every session. This isn't a class and it's
not traditional personal training — it's structured, individualized programming with the freedom to train
when it works for you.
THE PROCESS
Start with a free InBody body composition scan, goal discussion, movement screen, and performance evaluation. We assess before we program.
Michael or Allison designs a program built entirely around your data — muscle mass, body fat, metabolic rate, movement quality, and goals. Not a template. Yours.
Your program is loaded into the Train Heroic app. Train at 4Balance during gym hours when it works for you — no appointments needed. Staff are on-site to help with form and answer questions.
Your program is updated as you progress. Regular InBody scans track your results so your training evolves with you — never stale, always moving forward.

No. Your program is loaded in the Train Heroic app and ready when you are. Train at 4Balance during gym hours when your schedule allows — no appointments needed.
No. Your program is designed specifically for you. Other members may be training at the same time, but every person is following their own individual program.
With Personal Training, a trainer leads your session start to finish — hands-on cueing, accountability, and coaching every rep. With Flex, you train independently using your personalized program in the app, and on-site staff are available for form checks and questions. Flex is for self-motivated people who want expert programming without the per-session cost of 1-on-1 training.
Flex Training is in-person at our Simpsonville facility. You train on the gym floor with staff available to help. Remote Training delivers the same personalized programming through the app, but you train at your own gym — no on-site support.
Yes. All new clients begin with either the 6-Week Starter Standard ($500) or Enhanced ($600) before moving into Flex. The starter builds your foundation — program design, baseline data, movement assessment, and nutrition plan.
Absolutely. Many clients start with Flex and move to Personal Training when they want more hands-on coaching. Your coach can walk you through the options at any time.
