Remote Training gives you the same level of individualized programming our in-person clients receive —

designed by Michael and Allison based on your goals, movement quality, and data — delivered daily

through the Train Heroic app. You train at your own gym on your own schedule. Communication is

unlimited through the app — form checks, questions, adjustments, and accountability. This isn't a

template or a generic plan. It's coaching built around you, delivered remotely.

FREE CONSULTATION

We start with a video call to discuss your goals, training history, available equipment, schedule, and any limitations. If you're local, you can do this in person with an InBody scan.

YOUR PROGRAM IS BUILT

Michael or Allison designs a fully individualized program based on your assessment — built around your goals, your gym, and your equipment. Not a template. Yours.

TRAIN ON YOUR SCHEDULE

Your program is loaded into the Train Heroic app. Open it, follow the session, log your results. Train when and where it works for you.

ONGOING COACHING + ADJUSTMENTS

Message your coach anytime through Train Heroic — form checks, questions, feedback. Your program is adjusted as you progress so it evolves with you.

Remote Training FAQ

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A GENERIC ONLINE PROGRAM?

Generic programs are written for everyone. Your Remote Training program is written for you — based on your goals, your body, your equipment, and your schedule. It's the same individual design process our in-person clients go through.

WHAT APP DO I NEED?

Train Heroic. It's free to download on iOS and Android. Your program is loaded there daily, and you can message your coach directly through the app.

WHAT IF MY GYM DOESN'T HAVE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT?

We build your program around whatever equipment you have access to. During your consultation, we'll go over your gym setup and design accordingly.

HOW DO FORM CHECKS WORK?

Record a video of any lift or movement and send it through Train Heroic. Michael or Allison will review it and send back coaching cues and adjustments.

HOW OFTEN IS MY PROGRAM UPDATED?

Your program evolves with you. As you progress, hit milestones, or your schedule changes, we adjust. You're never stuck on a stale plan.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REMOTE AND FLEX?

Both use the same personalized programming through Train Heroic. The difference is location — Flex clients train at 4Balance Fitness with on-site staff support ($196/mo). Remote clients train at their own gym with coaching delivered through the app ($129/mo).

DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE 6-WEEK STARTER FIRST?

For Remote Training, we start with a consultation (video call or in-person if local) to gather your data and build your first program. There's no mandatory 6-week starter for Remote — you begin at $129/mo from day one.

CAN I SWITCH TO IN-PERSON TRAINING LATER?

Absolutely. If you move to the area or want to upgrade, you can transition to Flex or Personal Training at any time.
