Strength For Life: Low-Impact Body Composition is a 6-week training plan built to improve body composition and fitness without beating you up. It blends strength training, smart conditioning, and repeatable weekly structure so you can train consistently, feel better week to week, and build momentum that lasts.

  • 6 weeks of programming (TrainHeroic delivery)

  • 5 workouts per week + 2 recovery days

  • Structured sessions: warm-up and prep, strength focus, conditioning, and finishers

  • Repeatable flow that makes it easier to stay consistent

  • Scalable intensity: options to adjust impact and difficulty based on your current ability
