Nutrient-Rich Greek Chicken Marinade!

Elevate your chicken with a Greek marinade featuring garlic, lemon, and oregano—perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-frying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 4-5 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Reserve half for basting, pour the rest over chicken, marinate for 30 mins to 3 hours.
  3. Grill, basting and turning until cooked (15-20 mins).
  4. Grill sliced lemons for the last 5 mins.
  5. Rest chicken for 5 mins before slicing. Serve with grilled lemons.

Pan-fry or bake using the same marinade for a delightful alternative. Enjoy your nutritious Greek-inspired meal!
