Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 4-5 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Reserve half for basting, pour the rest over chicken, marinate for 30 mins to 3 hours.
- Grill, basting and turning until cooked (15-20 mins).
- Grill sliced lemons for the last 5 mins.
