Do I need to get in shape before signing up?

Absolutely not. The best way to get started is to come in and get some guidance, support and good habits in place, in order to break through the obstacles that have held you back in the past.

Is personal training really expensive?

It really depends on if you think of personal training as a cost or as an investment in yourself. Personal Training is a premium service costing $99 per week, but the value that our program delivers is very high.

In addition to UNLIMITED one-on-one sessions with your coach, all of our PT memberships include programmed solo workouts in our state-of-the-art facility, as well as travel workouts, personalized meal plan and weekly INBODY body composition tests. That being said, if personal training is out of your budget, there are many other ways to work with us.
