As a former state qualified swimmer who developed a love for weight lifting, personal training was a natural progression for Sam to turn her love of fitness into a career. Since then, she has participated in many bodybuilding shows in the Figure division, bringing home multiple first place trophies, as well as competing in nationals two years in a row. She also competed in many CrossFit and athletic competitions as well as 5k and 8k run for various charities.

Sam has had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels through one-on-one training, motivating them to push themselves beyond their personal limits.

As a highly accomplished Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Sam continues to pursue her passion to empower women as a leader on female training.

As a 4Balance Fitness OG coach, she works with clients to develop a sustainable meal plan to complement their individualized program, thereby ensuring a customized plan for success!

Away from the gym she raises her two daughters and step son and enjoys hobbies of woodworking and crafts. She also homeschools her oldest daughter. Sam understands the struggles busy parents have with trying to balance work/ home life/and their own personal needs.
