Bob Mitchell

  • Certified Personal Trainer - NASM

  • Life - United States Marines

Bob’s greatest joy comes from a job well done. What does that mean for you?  Doing his job well means that he gets to draw on a lifetime of fitness experience and education to identify your goals and tailor a program to get you there. Seeing his clients reach goals and beyond is what excites him to work hard every day.

Being physically fit has been a lifestyle for Bob for as far back as he can remember. Beginning with playing baseball as a youth, the importance of keeping himself fit carried into his years as an active-duty Marine where being fit wasn’t just a choice, but a job requirement.  Later in life he applied those values and work ethic into competing as a triathlete where conditioning was an integral part of his regimen until he was sidelined with a knee injury that led to multiple surgeries and complications resulting in Bob becoming an above the knee amputee in 2021. Without missing a beat, he knew the gym was where he needed to be to get his new normal in gear and make his loss a non-issue. These days, Bob competes in the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) as a powerlifter in the full power-raw division. Just as he approached his own life, Bob brings the same mindset of “anything is possible” if you work hard enough for it, into training clients.  No matter how far away or scary your goals may seem, believe it when he says, “I’ve been there” and “I’ll work hard with you to chip away at those big goals”.

Bob is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, and continues to take classes to further his education on fitness theory, application, and trends. His education along with vital  experience allows Bob to be intentional with training clients so every movement has purpose and your time is spent reaching after your goals.
